They are looking for a professional candidate with project coordinating or project management experience to join their team on a permanent basis, to be responsible for coordinating the smooth transition of new clients onto their software product.
Project Manager – Duties and More Info:
- The Project Manager role is an exciting and varied role, with the primary focus of onboarding all new customers onto the software product. The Project Manager will work closely with the fantastic Sales Team supporting them in their sales negotiations by producing proposed onboarding schedules for the prospective customers.
- The Project Manager then meets with the Client to understand their needs and design their onboarding process. Once the Project Manager has a full understanding of the client’s needs and requirements, the Project Manager will then coordinate new user training, the migration process (transferring the customer’s data from their current platform to the software platform) and final quality checks before the go live date.
- The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the workload of the Project Administrator, ensuring they have everything they need to do a great job.
Project Manager – Requirements:
- This role would suit a candidate with project coordinating or project management experience.
- Experience being customer facing and chairing meetings with professional stakeholders is required.
- Prince2 Foundation Certification and knowledge of Waterfall project management is preferred.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience of coordinating customer onboarding in a Software environment.
- A great personality, enthusiasm and a good attitude is most important!
