£35,000 - £40,000 (WFH – working from home available with this role)

My client is a dedicated media agency with a dynamic, diverse team and friendly / family company culture with lots of social interaction! They pride themselves in delivering high performance, bespoke (often complex) media solutions with an edge to their clients. They are a small team (14) but are part of a large group company…so they have the best of both worlds! A family atmosphere where you can truly flourish and get involved, with the support and guidance of a large parent company.
They regularly hold social events, especially for birthdays, Christmas, summer but also just for Thursdays or Fridays (or both!) and are looking for a talented paid social media executive to join them on a permanent basis.
My client is open to someone looking for their next promotion - previous roles as Senior Digital Executive or Campaign Manager (with at least 2yrs experience in either role and experience managing team). Must have media agency experience.
The Digital Account Manager:
The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of paid social media with basic understanding on search and be passionate about delivering great campaigns for clients.
- Opportunities to learn and/or develop other digital media are possible in the role as is the opportunity to learn offline media if desired. As a member of the IPA, access to a range of training and courses to develop your career.
- The role would suit someone who has experience in managing multiple accounts that are a mixture of direct and brand.
- If that’s you, you’ll be working closely with our clients to gain an in-depth understanding of their needs, and you’ll be the key person to activate media plans and deliver them from start to finish. That will include set up, tracking, weekly reporting as well as the final full campaign wash up.
Digital Account Manager Role:
- In conjunction with the Digital Director, you will be responsible for constructing accurate and fit for purpose paid social media/Search schedules (with the support of the wider team). To manage internal teams, client relationships and quality controlling the agency output. Where required negotiate market leading costs as well as keeping abreast of all changes in paid social media/search.
- Acting as a day-to-day point contact for clients, executing signed off plans and ensuring smooth end to end delivery. Opportunity for line management and development of graduates are expected immediately.
Digital Account Manager Daily Duties:
- To work closely with the Account Manager to execute Paid Social Strategies
- Day to day campaign management
- To use a variety of tools, such as TGI and Facebook Insights, to compile and draw insights from both company / sector-specific data, in order to better understand user trends and behaviour
- Producing client reports weekly/monthly or end of campaign reports and present them to clients with other team members
- To optimise client accounts for maximum performance using a variety of PPC practices
- To carry out regular maintenance for a number of assigned ongoing customer accounts, ensuring the efficient day-to-day management of these campaigns
- WFH – working from home available with this role. Currently all home-based but will be in the office 2 days per week in the future.

- 3+ years’ experience in working on both paid social and paid search campaigns
- Media agency experience
- Team lead experience
- Experience of creating & developing campaigns across Google Ads & Facebook Ads.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, AdWords, Bing, Google data studios or similar & Google Docs/Sheets/Excel/PowerPoint and the ability to manipulate data.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a team or alone whilst being able to work on set individual performance goals and KPIs
- Basic knowledge of web technologies like HTML and JavaScript, Google tag manager, Adserving technologies such as double click
